AI workers for everyday business

Keep your process. Lose the manual work.

DIGITTO builds AI workers that take over the repetitive tasks your team does every day. They work inside the tools you already use, and you approve anything that matters.

EXAMPLE PROCESS

Proof, not promises

Built by a team that ships real client work.

Our two case studies are real builds for construction businesses in the Northeast: what was broken, what we built and what it saved.

Where the hours go

If someone does it the same way fifty times a week, it can be automated.

Most businesses don’t need more software. They need the work between their software done.

  • Retyping details from emails, PDFs and forms.
  • Copying the same information between systems.
  • Chasing approvals, documents and late tasks by hand.
  • Answering the same customer questions all day.
  • Building the weekly report from five different places.
  • Follow-ups that only happen if someone remembers.

How it works

Start with one process. Prove it. Then grow.

STEP 1

Assessment

45-minute call

We look at one to three of your manual processes and show what can be automated and where to start.

STEP 2

Blueprint

1–2 weeks

We map every step, design the AI workers and give you a fixed price before anything is built.

STEP 3

Build & test

2–8 weeks

We build it into your tools and test it on real work, with you approving every action first.

STEP 4

Run & improve

Ongoing

We watch, fine-tune and handle the odd cases. When you’re ready, we add the next process.

The full process, start to finish →

You stay in control

Autopilot when you want it. A leash when you don’t.

Every AI worker runs in one of three modes, set task by task. Everything it does is logged, and you can pause it at any time. Tap a mode to see the same refund request handled each way.

Draft: the worker prepares, you decide.

The worker does the reading, checking and writing, then hands you a finished draft. Nothing goes out without your say-so. Every new build starts here.

No rip and replace

Built into the systems you already run.

Your CRM, inbox, helpdesk, accounting, spreadsheets and industry software stay exactly where they are. We connect to them and work inside them. If a step can’t be automated reliably, you’ll hear it in the assessment, not after the invoice.

FAQ

Questions owners actually ask.

What does DIGITTO actually do?

We take repetitive tasks off your team’s plate using AI. We map how a process works today, build AI workers to handle the routine steps, connect them to your tools and run them with you. You keep the approvals and the decisions.

Do we have to replace our current software?

No. We work inside what you already use. If a tool can’t be connected reliably, we’ll say so in the assessment and plan around it.

Our process isn’t written down. Is that a problem?

That’s normal. Mapping it, including the exceptions, is the first part of the job.

How long until something is live?

A simple process is usually running in a supervised test within a few weeks. Larger, multi-tool projects take longer. It goes fully live once it hits the results we agreed on.

What happens if a worker gets something wrong?

You set how much freedom it has. Every action is logged, and any worker can be paused instantly. New builds start in Draft mode and earn more freedom step by step.

Will this replace my team?

It replaces tasks, not people. Your team spends less time on repetitive work and more on customers and decisions.

What does it cost?

The assessment is free. After that you get a fixed quote before anything is built. See how pricing works.
