Privacy Policy
Effective May 2026 · DIGITTO Media, LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how DIGITTO Media, LLC (“DIGITTO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with our website, AI Workers platform, and related services (the “Services”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact and account information you submit via forms or during registration (name, email, company, phone, message content).
- Billing and payment information required to process subscriptions and usage-based charges (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card details).
- Configuration data you provide when setting up or managing AI Workers (instructions, boundaries, workflows, connected-tool settings).
- Connected-tool credentials and tokens that you authorize us to store so Workers can act on your systems. These are encrypted at rest and can be revoked by you at any time.
- Business content and connected data that Workers access or process while performing tasks you configure (emails, CRM records, documents, etc.).
- Activity and usage logs of Worker actions (for audit trails, security, billing, and service improvement).
- Technical and device information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data) collected automatically when you use the Services.
- Communications you send us (support requests, feedback).
We do not sell your personal information or your private business content. We do not use your private business content or connected data to train public AI models.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services and the AI Workers you hire.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Process billing, subscriptions, and usage-based charges.
- Send service-related communications (account notices, security alerts, product updates).
- Maintain audit trails and security.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve the platform (never using your private business content for public model training).
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Service providers (payment processors, hosting, email infrastructure, security tools) under contractual obligations that restrict their use of the data.
- Integrations you connect (CRM, inbox, etc.) according to the permissions you grant and the terms of those third-party providers.
- Legal and safety reasons (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Services).
- Business transfers (in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections).
We do not sell personal information.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption of credentials, access controls, and logging) designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Activity logs are retained for audit purposes. Upon valid request we will delete or anonymize account data subject to legal retention requirements. Canceling a Worker stops its activity immediately.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. You may exercise these rights or ask questions by emailing [email protected]. You may revoke connected-tool credentials at any time. You may cancel Workers or your account via the dashboard or by contacting us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent).
6. International Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version and, where appropriate, notify you via email or the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
