Data & Records Agent
Dirty data is a quiet tax on every other system you run. Duplicates split history. Missing fields stall work. Typos spread from one tool to the next. The Data & Records Agent reads, enters, matches and cleans your records, then stands guard so the mess doesn’t rebuild.

Where it fits
Used in these solutions.
Most engagements combine two or three workers. This one is part of:
You stay in control
You choose how much freedom it gets.
Every worker runs in one of three modes, set task by task. Everything it does is logged, and you can pause it at any time.
Draft
It prepares the work and hands it to you. Nothing goes out without your say-so. Every new build starts here.
Approve
It does the task after your one-click OK. You review a short list in minutes.
Autopilot
It handles the task on its own, inside limits you set. Anything unusual still comes to you.
No rip and replace
Works inside the tools you already use.
Plus your industry software and almost anything with an API. How we handle access and data.
FAQ
Questions about the Data & Records Agent.
Is it safe? Can changes be reversed?
Every change is written to an activity log, so you can see exactly what it did and why. Risky changes, like merging records, can be set to wait for your approval, and we agree the undo steps during the Blueprint.
Which system is the source of truth?
You decide. In the Blueprint we agree which system wins when two disagree, and the worker follows that rule.
How long until the first cleanup?
It depends on how many records and how many systems are involved. A simple process is usually running in a supervised test within a few weeks.
