How we work

From first call to a worker doing the job, in four steps.

No big-bang projects. We start with one process, prove it works on real work, then add more when you’re ready.

TAP A STAGE TO JUMP TO IT

The four steps

Start with one process. Prove it. Then grow.

01

Assessment

Free · 45-minute call

We look at one to three of your manual processes and show you what can be automated and where to start.

WHAT WE DO

We ask how the work really gets done today and spot what can be automated.

WHAT YOU DO

Bring one process that eats your week and show us how it runs.

WHAT YOU GET

A clear map of what can be automated, what it’s worth and where to start, whether or not we work together.

02

Blueprint

1–2 weeks

We write the plan down before anything is built, so there are no surprises.

WHAT WE DO

We map every step, including the exceptions, design the workers and decide where a person approves.

WHAT YOU DO

Answer our questions, share examples of real work and tell us who signs things off.

WHAT YOU GET

A written plan and a fixed price before any building starts.

03

Build & test

2–8 weeks

We build the workers into your tools and test them on real work, with you approving every action first.

WHAT WE DO

We build, connect to your tools and run the worker in Draft mode on your real work.

WHAT YOU DO

Review the drafts and tell us what’s off. A few minutes a day is usually enough.

WHAT YOU GET

A worker that has proven itself on your own work before it gets any freedom.

04

Run & improve

Ongoing

We watch, fine-tune and handle the odd cases. When you’re ready, we add the next process.

WHAT WE DO

We read the logs, fix edge cases and loosen the leash as trust grows.

WHAT YOU DO

Approve what matters and tell us what to automate next.

WHAT YOU GET

Hours back every week, and the next process ready when you are.

Working together

What we’ll need from you.

You don’t need to be technical, and your process doesn’t need to be written down. If a step can’t be automated reliably, we’ll tell you up front. How we handle access and data.

  • Someone who knows how the process really works.
  • Access to the tools it touches, like your inbox, CRM or accounting system.
  • A few examples of real work, including the messy ones.
  • One person who can approve things while we build.
  • About 45 minutes to start.

You stay in control

Three modes, set task by task.

Every worker starts in Draft and earns more freedom as it proves itself.

Draft

The worker prepares everything and hands it to you. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

Approve

The worker does the task after your one-click OK. You review a short list in minutes.

Autopilot

The worker handles the task on its own inside limits you set. Unusual cases still come to you.

How long does it really take?

See a real timeline.

Our invoice automation project, connecting a construction company and its supplier, went from blueprint to launch in 14 weeks. It’s a bigger build than most first projects.

FAQ

Questions about working with us.

How long until something is live?

A simple process is usually running in a supervised test within a few weeks. Larger, multi-tool projects take longer. It goes fully live once it hits the results we agreed on.

Do we have to replace our software?

No. We work inside what you already use. If a tool can’t be connected reliably, we’ll say so in the assessment and plan around it.

How much of my team’s time does it take?

A short call to start, then a few minutes a day reviewing drafts while we build. After launch, you only see what needs your approval.

What if my process isn’t written down?

That’s normal. Mapping it, including the exceptions, is the first part of the job.

What if it doesn’t work?

We test on your real work in Draft mode first, so you see problems before anything goes out. If a step can’t be automated reliably, we tell you at the start.
